We suggest purchasing one size bigger than you're used to. Bamboo t-shirts sometimes shrink slightly after the first wash and a larger size may make for a better fit.

Our socks are made of 80%-90% bamboo fibre depending on the design. The heel and toe are always cotton for strength. Other materials used are elastane and nylon.
