He believes that this in turn reflects a person’s attitude to their job. If they are tentative about how they dress and express themselves, they are less likely to be the modern game-changers the company needs to succeed.
Fanny Moizant, the co-founder of designer fashion resale site Vestiaire Collective, highlights the significantly fewer options men have when comes to expressing themselves, in comparison to women. However, as she explains, men can express themselves in small ways, while still keeping within their industry’s dress codes.
