Today I am proud to announce the launch of Nic Harry. NicSocks has grown into a premium men's accessories company now called Nic Harry. Venturing into the world of socks and ecommerce two years ago opened up my eyes to the world of men's accessories and the dire need for choice. Men simply do not enough choice available to them. I decided to use socks as the test product for a market that is set to explode in the near future. If socks could work, then I felt that we could grow NicSocks into a larger brand that could help men really understand their own sense of style. Nic Harry is about style, not fashion. We're about creating trends, not following them. We're about choice, quality and accessories. Nic Harry is still focused on socks and dressing men from the ground up but we're also going to be helping men understand how to match, complement and find their own style using a broader range of accessories that so many of our customers have asked for.

Our Range

The Nic Harry product range is expanding into the following items: Scarves, ties, lapel pins, shoelaces, pocket squares, tie bars and men's jewellery. Our product range will grow and we'll continue to make as many of the products locally and keep them hand made wherever possible.

So what's happening to NicSocks.com? NicSocks.com is now NicHarry.com and our incredible range of socks will be incorporated into the larger brand and product offering. But fear not, our socks will be the same quality, the same exciting style and aesthetic and, in fact, will be growing too. You can find all of our available sock designs here.

Subscriptions

Our subscription model is something that we're extremely proud of but something that has challenged the company from the start. We believe that sock subscriptions are going to grow from strength to strength over the next few years so we're simplifying and providing you with choice. As of today there will be a single, new sock subscription called The Bold Socks available that will give you three new pairs of socks every month, indefinitely. Simple and effective. You'll be able to pause or stop your subscription at any point if you choose to. Then in 2015 we will be introducing The Black Socks subscription. With this subscription we will send you 3 pairs of new black socks every month. You asked for it and we heard you. Sometimes you need a bit of restraint. But we've got something up our socks here too, so these will be black socks done our way. The final and most exciting addition to the subscription options is The Nic Harry Style Box. A monthly box of curated Nic Harry items delivered to your door. This subscription will be available immediately. Retail For two years, I have been viciously focused on making the ecommerce model for the business work and we're getting very close to that. South Africans, however, also like to shop in the real world and experience the products in a tangible way. I am excited to finally announce that as of this month you'll be able to find our socks in selected Eurosuit stores across the country. Shipping Over the past two years we have been using the post office to ship our products around the world but it's time to grow out of this. We now ship globally using Dawn Wing couriers who have really helped us to deliver great service in a timely fashion. International customers can now rest assured that your products are in good hands. Yes, delays sometimes happen but our goal is to keep those to a minimum and keep our customer satisfaction levels as high as they have been over the past two years. The Website In partnership with the incredible talent over at Obox I've been planning (and panicking) about launching a new website. Dave and Marc have been instrumental in helping me clarify my thoughts, define the look and feel and create a website that really helps you, our loyal customer, find what you're looking for. For this website it was time to get serious about photography and so I hired Danillo Turilli to help realise our vision for The Nic Harry look. Danillo helped to find the models, stylist (thanks to Top Shop for the suits and shoes) and venues. Thanks to Shift and Barnet Fair for letting us shoot in their stores. However the biggest thanks needs to go out to all of our loyal customers. You are the reason that we're growing and expanding. Without your support we wouldn't be in business. We're Turning Two On November 19th Nic Harry will be turning two years old.
